-- First reading (hardcover)
July 17th to 30th, 1997

Completely different from anything I've read before.  It was tough to see why he chose the characters the way he did, but then, when it started coming together, I thought I saw why.  But as they formed a human society on Mars, and others came, and problems arose, and rebellion started, it was just too much to handle.  Really tough to evaluate this book.  Some good parts, some hard to read areas.
